ENSURING QUALITY FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Quality is essential to building trust with the market.
That’s why we focus a significant portion of our resources on its continuous improvement, offering you Total Quality that begins with the product but goes far beyond that.

The cornerstones of our Total Quality:

PEOPLE:
At Galbiati, each of us is aware of the responsibilities tied to our role in the company, helping to maintain and continuously raise the high standards we set for ourselves.

SUPPLIERS:
We work daily to strengthen our collaborative and trust-based relationships with a select group of suppliers, ensuring continuous availability of products based on high-quality raw materials.

DESIGN:
We carefully analyse the requirements of each project to always select the most suitable material for the application.

TESTING:
We accompany the entire production process with a rigorous testing and inspection program to ensure that the final product fully complies with your specific requirements.

TRAINING:
We promote continuous training for all staff to ensure compliance with quality standards over time.

INSPECTION:
We work daily to consolidate and verify the mechanical properties of all the materials supplied through our Galbiati Laboratory and, upon request, provide the Certificate of Conformity to guarantee compliance with current regulations.

QUALITY TEAM:
Supervises the entire production cycle and intervenes to continually improve our ability to satisfy customers.

A Concrete Commitment

By now, you will have understood that for us at Galbiati, quality is something tangible, based on methods and procedures, production systems, training, and instruction. Everything is guided by precise company policies, which guarantee quality from every perspective. It is our style, appreciated and recognized by those who know us.
As a natural consequence of these premises, since 1998, Galbiati’s Quality System has been certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.

In this way, we are now able to provide each customer with exactly the optimal product, at the right time and with the requested supply specifications, ensuring access to a wide range of materials and finishes that are constantly available.

The cornerstones of our Total Quality:

Our commitment to quality starts even before the product enters the warehouse as raw material and continues through to the final stage of product shipment.

ABOVE ALL, THE CUSTOMER:
Listening, truly understanding the needs, offering qualified technical advice, proposing solutions, and mutual satisfaction—these are the key words that describe our relationship with our customers.

MATERIAL:
Something we are used to considering as “unknown” upon its arrival at Galbiati, and thus, it must be verified, identified, and catalogued.

INSPECTIONS:
Dimensional and qualitative checks carried out by the laboratory to correctly catalogue the material.

IDENTIFICATION:
A fundamental element to ensure correct material management throughout the entire production cycle.

DELIVERY:
The final phase of the process, when the finished product, after final inspection and proper labelling, leaves our warehouses and reaches the customer.
